Rolls & Technical Service, LLC was founded in 2010 by John Ballani after spending 40+ years in the roll manufacturing business in numerous roles from roll manufacturing & inspections, inside sales, outside sales, technical sales, to national sales management. In this time, John has worked for several of the top roll manufacturers in the world and saw an opportunity to help our customers better manage their time by being a resource and providing multiple solutions with a portfolio of world class products that meet the needs of many teams throughout the business instead of needing a new contact for every piece and part it takes to operate complex rolling operations. He now represents some of the best European, Asian and Scandinavian suppliers for all of the US & Canada aluminum, steel and titanium manufacturing market. John’s vision for RTS is to leverage his years of experience to continue to provide solutions for his customers and build the team for the future.
Ryan joined RTS in 2024 after having spent 20 years in the Silicon Valley tech market. He had spent the last ~10 years focused on Systems Engineering and Quality Control for safety critical applications in autonomous vehicle development, verification and validation as well as warehouse automation and efficiency practices. He brings with him the background of how to build and scale businesses at breakneck speeds, leading teams of high performing individuals and a focus on safety & quality to an industry that demands all of the above.
